We currently use EVRi for our deliveries or in person for people within the Cheshire West area. All parcels are carefully packaged up with love and wrapped so they will not become damaged within the box they are delivered in.
We do recommend you get the flowers out of the parcel box as soon as possible upon receipt as they can lose shape/flatten if left for long periods of time flat.

We will always send you photos before we post and will only send once you confirm you are happy. As each piece is handmade we cannot offer refunds, only replacements if your item arrives damaged.
